- Excellent communication skills is a must
Business Development Executive
- 1-3yrs of experience in Business Development
- Ability to identify prospective clients through market research
- Expertise in Lead Generation and cold calling
Account Manager
- 3-6yrs of experience in managing clients.
- End to End Recruitment Delivery Management
- Account Management
- Client Management
- Expertise in any of the min 2 of the NON –IT domains FMCG, Consumer Durables, Oil& Gas, Automobiles, Power, Aerospace etc.
- Ability to build good relationships with clients.
- Expertise in leading team and delivery.
Vertical Head
- 6-10yrs of experience in any of the min 2 of the NON –IT domains FMCG, CD, Oil& Gas, Automobiles, Power, Aerospace etc
- Responsible for P & L of the Business Unit
- Proactive & Good Leadership Skills
- Account Management
- Client Management
- End to End Delivery
- Responsible for Career Planning and training and development of team members
